Bacardi


Bacardi, a famous rum brand based in Maimi, is the largest privately held, family-owned spirits company in the world. Originally known for its specific brand of white rum, Bacardi has expanded to over 200 brands and labels.


Throughout its time, Bacardi has gained many acquisitions in order to diversify from its titular brand, such as merging with Martini & Rossi, Italian producer Martini vermouth, in 1993. In the late 90s and early 2000s, Bacardi purchased several different brands, with their latest acquisition being the purchase of Patrón for $5.1 billion in 2018.


Royal Caribbean
